Pennsylvania Domicile Policy
Domicile is the true, fixed and permanent residence and principal establishment of a student to which he or she intends to return, even though he or she may be absent from the residence temporarily. While many factors enter into the College's decision regarding domicile, as a general rule, if you enter the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to attend an educational institution, you are thought to be a temporary resident of Pennsylvania for tuition purposes. In any case, the ultimate decision shall rest with the Dean of Student Affairs.
