Student Housing Opportunities
Student housing is available within a wide variety of apartments easily accessible to the Elkins Park and Oak Lane Campuses. The Office of Student Affairs is available to assist students with finding housing and/or roommate(s) and providing the student with support throughout the relocation process to PCO and the Greater Philadelphia area.
The Office of Student Affairs provides PCO students with a “Roommate Match” as well as a great deal of information about a considerable number of apartments in the Elkins Park/West Oak Lane areas. This information is updated annually and made available via the internet.
Some prospective students thought it also helpful to know where current PCO students are living. Therefore we conducted a survey of the Classes of 2003 – 2005. The results of that survey indicated that approximately 30% of the those students live in The Colonade Apartments, approximately 9% live in the Regency Park Apartments, approximately 7% live in Lynnewood Gardens, and approximately 5% live in the Bromley House Apartments. Please be aware these places do not represent the only places where PCO students live, it is provided for informational purposes only.
In order to ensure that students have comfortable living arrangements, they are encouraged to investigate housing opportunities early. Please note that the Office of Student Affairs is available to assist you. If you would like additional information, please do not hesitate to contact:
