Role at PCO:  

As the Associate Dean for the Department of Graduate Studies in Vision Impairment, Dr. Huebner administers the department including responsibilities of the chairperson and director of the Community Rehabilitation Services Program.  In addition, as Associate professor she teaches core courses and all the Foundations of Orientation and Mobility courses.  She also coordinates the distance education summer programs in Orientation and Mobility. 

Dr. Huebner is also the recipient of many federal grants to support personnel preparation programs, curricula and product development, and research through the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services Administration, Office of Special Education Programs.
