Role at PCO:
- As Director of Admissions, Dr. Caldwell participates in and manages the recruitment and admissions processes of prospective students for the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
- As Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, he monitors the academic performance of students in the Doctor of Optometry and Doctor of Audiology programs to ensure their success
- He is a member of the faculty and teaches in the Clinical Skills laboratory for both OD and MS in Clinical Optometry students.
