Director of Library and Learning Resources
Keith Lammers
Mr. Lammers manages the Library facilities and is responsible for planning, budgeting, acquisitions, and oversight of all services provided by the staff. He manages and maintains all library automation, including all operations of the Center for Computer Assisted Learning (CCAL). He sets policies and implements plans for the department to assure that the highest quality information services are available. He can be reached at keith@pco.edu or (215) 780-1260.
Assistant Librarian
Luminita Vulcu
Ms. Vulcu assists the Director in all aspects of Library operation. She maintains computer operations in the CCAL, manages the digital Tables of Contents service and assists in Library Web Applications development. She can be reached at luminita@pco.edu or (215) 780-1262.
Library Technician
Marian Weber
Ms. Weber manages the Library’s journal collection and handles interlibrary loan activity. She also oversees circulation services and the Reserve section .
