Joan G. Schick

Human Resources Director

Ms. Schick has been Director of Human Resources since 1996 and reports directly to the President.

Ms. Schick is experienced in human resources, including employee relations, labor relations, collective bargaining negotiations, recruitment, workers' compensation management, and employee benefits design and administration. She has held human resources positions with Germantown Hospital and Medical Center, the Philadelphia Geriatric Center, and the Graduate Health Systems.

She holds a Certificate in Collective Bargaining from the New York State School of Industrial and Labor Relations, Cornell University, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University.
