The major responsibilities of the Vice President for Finance & Business Administration are: financial management of the College, fiscal planning and budgeting; all aspects of tuition billing and collection; student loan disbursement and collection; and the operation of the Finance Office which includes the bursar, accounting, payroll, purchasing, receiving and central supply, management information services, physical plant, security, and the telephone/mailroom operations.
