The Office of Institutional Advancement is responsible for planning, development, management and evaluation of institutional fund raising programs, and alumni relations. The Office coordinates all aspects of Alumni Relations including programs and events related to the Alumni Association. In addition, the College's Annual Giving program and other major fund initiatives are coordinated through this Office.

The Alumni Relations office serves PCO by creating and coordinating programs and events that engage the College's alumni-at-large into the life of the College. Its goal is to ensure that the graduates of the College are working together to serve the greater mission of PCO. In addition, this office fulfills the administrative responsibilities of the College's Alumni Association Board of Directors and its committees, the representative body of all graduates.
